Job Overview:

The Ride Hailing Specialist/Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing regional ride-hailing operations, focusing on growth, driver acquisition, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. This role includes strategic planning, financial management, compliance with local regulations, and expanding market share through both online and offline marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth & Strategy:
  • Responsible for driving the growth of the Maxride app in launched regions.
  • Develop and execute region-specific plans to increase market share, operational efficiency, and app downloads.
  • Driver Acquisition & Management:
  • Oversee driver recruitment, training, retention, and performance monitoring to meet city demands.
  • Manage driver acquisition strategies to ensure growth and fleet availability.
  • Marketing & Customer Acquisition:
  • Responsible for creating and executing multiple online and offline marketing tools to boost the customer base and app downloads.
  • Collaborate with marketing professionals to implement strategies for customer engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decisions:
  • Analyze performance data to make informed decisions that drive growth.
  • Track financial performance (P&L) and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of highly skilled operations and marketing professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Partnerships & Compliance:
  • Collaborate with government and relevant institutions for smooth operations and growth.
  • Ensure adherence to local laws, vehicle safety standards, and create city-specific pricing policies.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
  • Ensure high service quality and address rider complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Market Expansion & Social Media:
  • Pursue local partnerships and use social media effectively to promote growth and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 5+ years of regional management or operations experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of pricing policies, social media, and experience working with diverse nationalities.
  • Experience in the ride-hailing or transportation industry is preferred.
