The company is currently offering online classes for German, French, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese, with the goal of helping Indonesians pursue their aspirations to study and work overseas.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Fractional Head of Business Expansion at OTCA. The role includes tasks such as analyzing market, financial analysis, team management & development, product development and revenue management. This is a hybrid role, with the option for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Finance proficiency
  • Team Management & Development capabilities
  • Product development and Revenue Management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
