Minor Food is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Store Manager in Indonesia, eager to contribute to the growth of our business as a leading global F&B player.

Job Purpose:

This assumes full accountability for the overall daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Their primary duties include hiring, firing and management of staff. Other main responsibilities are facilitating customer service and meeting sales and financial goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Contributes toward store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales, manage inventory, and cost of goods control & labor cost.
  • Hire, train, and supervise crew store, including scheduling shifts and providing performance feedback.
  • Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensures the quality, standards and meets the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
  • Evaluate performance of the entire outlet team using sales data and address issues to improve it.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job profile, skills, and expectations:

  • Exceptional positive energy and passion for food and service.
  • Min. Diploma degree at any field with 3-5 years experience at the same position in F&B industry, culinary, or related professional area.
  • Fluent in English and computer literate.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety regulations and inventory management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours (shift).
