Position Overview:

The Culture Activation Specialist will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our workplace culture. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and promoting initiatives that align with our bank’s core values, ensuring that our culture is actively lived out by all employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development, employee engagement, and culture change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement culture activation strategies that align with the bank’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Collaborate with Culture division and Human Capital function to assess current cultural strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Assist, monitor, and evaluate culture implementation in overseen functions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of culture initiatives through surveys, feedback sessions, and performance metrics.
  • Communicate and coordinate feedback and challenges within functions to Culture division
  • Create engaging communication materials to promote cultural initiatives and encourage employee participation.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, fostering relationships across all departments and promoting a sense of community within the bank.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational culture and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from Reputable Universities, majored in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in culture activation, employee engagement, or organizational development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong experiences in project management, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Strong data collecting, analyzing, and interpreting both qualitatively and quantitatively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs and cultural initiatives.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace environment.
