The overall scope of the job includes serving food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the standards of the hotel and in line with Kempinski's DNA values in order to encourage sales and maximize guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating the guest
- Work closely with service and kitchen team to ensure efficient seating and table turnover
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining clean and organized entrance area
- Processing payment and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience for guest and assist the team to make sure the restaurant run effectively
- Indonesian citizen, ideally with Hospitality Management degree or related field.
- Previous experience as a hostess, server, or in customer service
- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions.
