About the Role:
As a Salesperson, you are responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining more orders from existing or potential clients.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities):
- Drive Sales Growth: Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to accelerate growth.
- Client Management: Acquire new clients, retain existing ones, and analyze client performance.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to identify trends and optimize sales strategies.
- Effective Communication: Conduct strategic pitches and presentations to secure deals.
What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields, and 2+ years of Sales experience in the related industry (Payment Gateway/ Banking, FinTech or similar.)
- The Hunter Instinct: Identify and open new organizations as clients and strategic partners.
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on acquiring new clients and partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Collaborative approach and dedication to achieving team goals.
Bonus points if you have the following skills:
- Strong and varied computer software knowledge required (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace Features).
- Ability to work independently, with flexibility, and adaptability under time & resource constraints.
- Strong in EQ, listening, and customer service skills.
- Additional Sales Training and certification will be a plus.
