Vouch is representing a distinguished client in the Maritime Industry, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join the business. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to expand our portfolio of assets. You will leverage your expertise in financial modeling and industry knowledge to drive strategic growth and enhance our market position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities in the Maritime/ Supply Chain/ Logistics industries
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to assess the viability and value of potential acquisitions
- Develop and present detailed business cases and investment proposals to senior management and stakeholders
- Lead negotiations and manage the entire M&A process, from initial contact through to closing
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Monitor and report on the performance of acquired assets to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development and M&A sales role
- Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions involving physical assets
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong network within the Maritime/ Supply Chain/ Logistics industry
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Languages fluency in Bahasa due to specific market focus
