Vouch is representing a distinguished client in the Maritime Industry, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join the business. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to expand our portfolio of assets. You will leverage your expertise in financial modeling and industry knowledge to drive strategic growth and enhance our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities in the Maritime/ Supply Chain/ Logistics industries
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to assess the viability and value of potential acquisitions
Develop and present detailed business cases and investment proposals to senior management and stakeholders
Lead negotiations and manage the entire M&A process, from initial contact through to closing
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Monitor and report on the performance of acquired assets to ensure alignment with strategic objectives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development and M&A sales role
Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions involving physical assets
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Strong network within the Maritime/ Supply Chain/ Logistics industry
Willingness to travel as needed
Languages fluency in Bahasa due to specific market focus
