Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

• Develop monthly channel execution plan (including content and budget) to support sales targets.
• Love to analyze competitors' performance on each channel to explore ideas and evaluate performance.
• Interest to manage pricing (normal, discount, flash sale), PDP, and landing page with analysis to enhance channel growth.
• Actively engage with internal teams and agencies to run internal ads and enhance channel growth.
• Work closely with internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
• Develop comprehensive channel reports with analysis, insight, and recommendations to evaluate channel performance.
• Manage marketing activities and commission for talents to ensure relevance and content standards.
• Love to maintain channel operational costs to meet cost ratio standards.

Does it match your criteria?

• Has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing Communication with at least experience in Beauty Industry, E-commerce, or Retail
• 3 - 4 years of working experience in an E-commerce Channel
• Strong understanding of e-commerce internal Ads.
• Have the ability in Data Analysis, Ms. Excel, and English Skills (Passive)
