Job Description:

  • Brand Activation implementation in the respective area: Applicator activity: KAMU- Trade Visibility (GT & MT), TokoMU Loyalty program, Manage SPR Team (KPI achievement and operational)
  • Reporting to the Brand Activation Manager to support the Sales team by getting market insight, developing a push and pull program, and giving recommendations the team to achieve sales target
  • Planning and Managing the budget for Tactical Activities based on local insight and competitors' movements
  • Execution activities and events for distributor, retailer and mason in the respective area

Requirements:

  • University Graduate minimum Bachelors Degree with experience in activation/marketing/sales scope/event management
  • Able to handle projects in specific areas, from planning to implementation and reporting
  • Strong marketing analysis skill
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • Excellence communication
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong leadership
