Job Overview

Meratus Advance Maritim is looking for a General Manager to lead our Commercial & Operation team. You will be responsible for growing the business, managing assets, and ensuring smooth operations. This role involves working closely with teams and partners to achieve the company’s goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Oversee the financial performance by managing revenue, DOE, OPEX, and asset utilization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including safety and environmental standards.
• Act as the company's representative in building relationships with stakeholders and customers.
• Lead and manage personnel, ensuring high performance and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in shipping or similar industry at a managerial level.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, market forces, and business strategy.
• Proficiency in English; excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with corporate law and operational management best practices.
