What you’ll be doing?
We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Partner Development Manager to join our Agency Sales team. In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships and driving revenue growth with assigned business partners and travel agency clients. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to expand our travel network and promote our travel services, including offerings from airlines and other service providers. Your experience in partnership development and key account management within the travel tech or travel management sectors will be essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership development and account management strategy to drive revenue growth across new and existing business, including contract renewals, new sales opportunities, and market share expansion.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify key opportunities and risks, adjusting the territory sales strategy as needed.
- Negotiate and close profitable contracts to maximize Sabre’s revenue potential.
- Collaborate internally to ensure effective customer management and long-term commercial success.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline updates to support business growth and decision-making.
- Drive new business by offering innovative solutions to partners and clients, meeting or exceeding annual regional sales targets.
- Establish strong relationships with partners and clients at various levels to position Sabre as a trusted, innovative partner.
- Deliver regular updates on activities and performances of partners and clients, ensuring leadership is informed of key developments.
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and consulting teams to align account management activities with corporate strategies.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and process improvement across the region.
Qualifications And Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in partnership development or key account management within the travel management or travel tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the travel industry, including the distribution landscape and the role of technology in driving agency sales.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance and achieving targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Business level fluency in English and a major Asian language.
