Role Description
The full-time Qualitative Junior Research Executive role is a hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, which permits some work from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the company's portfolio through the management of quantitative research projects, harnessing the best research techniques, and ensuring top-quality outputs in a timely fashion. In this client-facing role, the executive will work closely with a range of our teams, from creative to production, to create fantastic research solutions tailored to each client's needs.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, etc (Social major is preferable)
- Maximum 1-year experience in managing qualitative market research projects in a similar industry or a relevant research role (internship experience will be a plus)
- Proven track record of successful project management of qualitative research, from design to implementation
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia)
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with ease
- Keen attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines
