Job Description:
- Establishing a strategy and action plan to improve service levels with both internal customers (KAM, CMM, Operations Team, SCM, Finance, & Parama) and external customers (account supply chain: Alfamart, Dandan, etc.)
- Conducting an analysis of casefill performance (casefill loss tree & potential gaps)
- Ensuring the customer order process runs smoothly using various tools & platforms available
- Analyzing potential improvements in all processes within distribution planning (shipping goods to DC/RDC, fulfilling casefill, increasing service levels) to make them more effective and efficient
- Managing baseline and stock models for both existing items and NPD in DC and National DC, as well as the phase-in/phase-out process
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented
- Have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Experience in the field of distribution/Supply Chain Management is highly preferred
