Responsibilities:
- Interpret and thoroughly understand technical specifications for interior construction projects.
- Conduct quality inspections both on-site and in the workshop to assess product readiness and ensure project standards are met before shipment.
- Develop and implement quality plans tailored to each project.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with quality discrepancies or potential deterioration in project standards.
- Compile and prepare detailed reports on quality control activities, findings, and recommendations.
- Ensure alignment of work methods, technical specifications, and time efficiency to support seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with the workshop regarding production and installation requirements.
- Issue formal warnings, either written or verbal, when project work fails to meet established quality standards.
- Provide quality inspection data to the Project Manager, ensuring all work aligns with agreed standards and contract specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality control within the interior design and build industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
