  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

The Architectural Engineer will be responsible for tasks related to architecture, construction project support, and project readiness at PT Hasnur Cipta Karya.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering (with a GPA of at least 3.00)
  • At least 3 years of experience as Architecture Engineer in Construction Project Support
  • A portfolio of construction projects is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Tekla etc.) and editing software (e.g., Corel Draw, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Knowledge of project management.
  • Persistent and resilient
  • Creative, design aptitude, and confident

Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and supervise architectural projects
  • Oversee the development of work plans, technical specifications, and project planning documents.
  • Conduct project needs analysis, including feasibility analysis, to formulate efficient and innovative designs.
  • Prepare and verify project readiness, including layout plans, 3D designs, cost estimates, and design presentation, to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
