Job Description:

  • Engage with users to gather insights and address loyalty, CRM, and merchant-related needs.
  • Identify & meet the real users of the product to gather user feedback and pain point
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, development and other teams to propose and implement effective solutions plus manage and communicate stakeholders needs & expectation.
  • Review all documentation/requirements
  • Deliver a clear task to developer for product delivery
  • Build a close and healthy relationship with all stakeholders (internal and external) especially Engineering division
  • Follow up and assist developers to deliver the product based on timeline

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably Information Systems.
  • 4-5 years in Product Management, ideally in tech, SaaS, or loyalty/CRM-focused products.
  • Hands-on experience with loyalty, CRM, and merchant-focused solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
