Job Description:
- Engage with users to gather insights and address loyalty, CRM, and merchant-related needs.
- Identify & meet the real users of the product to gather user feedback and pain point
- Collaborate with UI/UX, development and other teams to propose and implement effective solutions plus manage and communicate stakeholders needs & expectation.
- Review all documentation/requirements
- Deliver a clear task to developer for product delivery
- Build a close and healthy relationship with all stakeholders (internal and external) especially Engineering division
- Follow up and assist developers to deliver the product based on timeline
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably Information Systems.
- 4-5 years in Product Management, ideally in tech, SaaS, or loyalty/CRM-focused products.
- Hands-on experience with loyalty, CRM, and merchant-focused solutions.
- Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
