Role Description
This is a full-time HR Specialist role at PT Hijau Tumbuh Bersama located in Jakarta (Kelapa Gading).
The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, culture, 30 more task.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site role
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Relevant certification in HR is a plus
- Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Have a desire to achieve
- Knowing and having experience in having and achieving in creating a supportive and culturally appropriate corporate environment
