Job Title: Tax & Accounting Officer

Location: Medan, Indonesia

Working Hours: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant & Tax Officer to manage our financial records, oversee tax compliance, and support accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management and Indonesian tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow) and ensure accurate reporting.
• Tax Compliance: Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPH and PPN, and experience in preparing and filing tax returns.
• Accounting Software Proficiency: Skilled in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel/Google Sheets for financial management and reporting.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to conduct financial analysis, interpret data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in managing financial records, payroll, and tax-related tasks to ensure compliance and reduce errors.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degre in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in accounting and taxation.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets).
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills to manage financial data effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
