- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to source new ingredients and technologies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and develop solutions to maintain product consistency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in culinary R&D, product development in supervisory role.
- Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of food science and ingredient functionality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and culinary software applications.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Leadership and team management skills.
