Responsibilities

  • Ability to generate revenue, manage operations and supervise selling professionals.
  • Develop strategies and plans to achieve sales results through clientelling, superior customer service, events, partnering and traffic generating actions.
  • Ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers.
  • Think strategically and drive the business to reach the company’s goals.
  • Prioritize, plan, delegate, administrate and adapt to business needs.
  • Optimize inventory, cash control and loss prevention techniques.
  • Independently and continually improve personal knowledge of brand and competitors.
  • Experience in selling time pieces is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a University Graduate (S1) with minimum. 3 (three) years managerial experience in Retail Business as Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager.
  • Knowledgeable in high-end luxury retail sales with appreciation for product quality, service excellence and all the related aspects.
  • Good hygiene, grooming and pleasant personality is required.
  • Superior communications skills both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia. The ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
  • Excellent selling and customer service skills.
  • Able to make quick and sound decisions.
  • Able to work independently with high attention to detail.
  • Assertive and possesses excellent leadership.
  • Skills in Microsoft Office are required.
  • Luxury retail experience is preferred.
