Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in 3D design for events, exhibitions, or the creative industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative 3D design work, particularly in event or experiential marketing projects.
- Excellent understanding of space planning, design composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into innovative 3D event designs and layouts.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for presenting concepts and collaborating with internal teams and clients.
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with production teams, account managers, and other stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of event industry trends, materials, and technologies.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle client feedback and last-minute changes.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create 3D designs and mock-ups for events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing projects.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into creative designs.
- Develop detailed design plans, including spatial layouts, renderings, and visual presentations.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with project budgets and timelines.
- Present design concepts and revisions to clients and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in event design and implement new ideas where applicable.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of event designs during setup and production.
- Provide creative input and support during project brainstorming sessions and client meetings.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, detailed plans, and documents needed for event production.
