Role description
This role is for someone seeking to build a career path as an Accounting Manager / Office Manager within the energy, transitional products, renewables and commodities sector. It involves managing our financials and general affairs of our Jakarta team. This role will work together with Sydney HQ and report to Country Manager in Indonesia along with the Sydney accounts team.

Job Description
- create and manage accounting system for Jakarta & Sydney office
- create and manage Jakarta office general affairs including but not limited to HR, tax, accounting & finance administration, and company procedures
- Create and manage AME budget, payroll, and any office expenses
- involve in management discussion with Country Manager including but not limited to financial, employee well-being, and administration
- provide internal report to Country Manager and Sydney HQ
About You
You should have a strong experience as an accounting manager. You should also be confident to lead by example to your other colleagues that you manage.
You should be interested in the energy transition and have an appreciation of renewable energy, net-zero targeting, resources, economics and technology.
Job Requirement
- minimum 7-years’ experience in finance and/or administration
- knowledge in finance and accounting is a must (both PSAK and IFRS Standards)
- experienced in managing a team of minimum 5 people
- knowledgeable in HR and administration
- fluent in English
Based on the need to build strong connections and collaboration with other teams over a quick period, this role will ask for a full-time in-office work requirement, in Jakarta.
