Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
  • 2-5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of local tax laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Experience in managing profitability improvement projects and adherence to internal and external audit requirements.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Handle daily finance duties, prepare and record: payments to suppliers and clients; petty cash and credit card payments; staff expense claims, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy, documentation, and consistent application of financial and accounting policies in line with applicable standards.
  • Responsible for controlling of both accounting and management reports, P&L and BS (AP and AR)
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulations & collaborate with external tax consultants.
  • Analyze profitability, interpret financial information to management while recommending further course of action.
