As we rapidly scale, we are looking for a dynamic Chief of Staff to help drive our vision forward and support our mission of reimagining childcare.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and founding team to define, prioritize, and drive company-wide initiatives, supporting everything from investor relations to strategic partnerships that will fuel KinderCastle’s growth and mission. This includes leading new product initiatives before they are commercialized
- Serve as a bridge across departments, fostering collaboration between teams to ensure efficient project delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive research, analyzing data and trends to inform high-impact decisions, and provide actionable recommendations to the executive team.
- Embrace a ‘do whatever it takes’ attitude, taking on various tasks to keep the company moving forward—even when resources are limited. This role requires agility and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves.”
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Top GPA from top tier university or equivalent
- 1-2 years of working experience
- A fast learner who thrives in fast-paced environments. This is not your typical 9-to-5 role—it requires dedication, agility, and a relentless drive for results.
- Prior entrepreneurial projects or start-up experience (even if not successful) is a huge plus. We see this position as a potential ‘fast-track’ learning opportunity for future entrepreneurial endeavors or larger leadership roles.
