Responsibilities:
- Lead by example by demonstrating a positive approach within the building and proactively engage service partners and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience for building users
- Proactively develop projects and initiatives that provide added value and continuous improvement to the portfolio
- Creating team culture and implementing development plans for the team, including proactive and practical support to motivate and develop a high-performing team, and ensure succession plans are in place for critical roles
- Establishing and managing Building annual and long-term operation goals to meet/exceed owner and corporate management expectations
- Specifically establishing a written goals and objectives for direct reports. Conduct period formal and informal performance evaluation
- Analyzing and developing improvements based on data analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 degree from a reputable university majoring in mechanical, or electrical engineering, Hospitality, or any other relevant fields
- 15 years of working experience in Property Management
- 5 years of working experience as Senior Building Manager / General Manager
- Good communication skills, including a good command of Bahasa Indonesia, will be an advantage
- Good personal and interpersonal skills
- An organized person and a team player
- Proven managerial and leadership skills
- Fluent in English is a must
- Willing to be stationed in Jakarta Barat
