Visual Merchandiser Staff

Unicase is a retail company specializing in gadget accessories and serves as the official distributor for Spigen, Ugreen, Momax, Octagoods, etc. With 11 retail locations, Unicase is expanding its reach with plans to open more branches across Indonesia.

Responsibilities :

1. Design and execute visual merchandising plans and store displays
2. Supervise the implementation of store displays to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
3. Analyze the effectiveness of store displays to improve customer engagement and sales
4. Maintain consistency in store aesthetics and ensure displays are regularly refreshed
5. Research current market trends to keep displays modern and appealing

Qualifications :

1. Diplomas or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or other related subjects
2. Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a retail organization
3. Experienced in building merchandising infrastructure
4. Familiar with photography and graphic design skills
5. Following the growth of social media trends, gadgets and gadget accessories (up to date)
6. Willing to travel for business around Indonesia
7. Willing to be placed in Malang
