We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to the Director to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding on behalf of the Director when appropriate
  • Assist in project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is streamlined
  • Maintain an organized filing system and manage confidential information with discretion
  • Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making processes
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of events and meetings, including logistics and communication with attendees


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
