Responsibilities

  • Find new potential brands/clients
  • Maintain the long-term client relationship with clients.
  • Manage team/sub-coordinate, give strategy to sell and get potential clients
  • Prepare ideas, present concepts and actionable proposals, deliver plans to close business.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal team to ensure the smooth running of projects and the deadlines are met.
  • Provide detailed planning and forecasting to operational areas

Qualifications

  • Must have min 3-4 years of working experience as Sales Group Head, Sales Manager, or other relevant position in digital and/or creative agency, with total experience min. 6 years in the sales area.
  • Have a list of direct clients/brands (not including Government/BUMN) would be preferred (in FMCG brands, Beauty, Automotive, Mom & Kids brands, etc.)
  • Must have experience in direct selling/pitching, not only account handling.
  • Good skill in leadership, analytical, and logical thinking.
  • Passionate in digital, event management, and media advertising.
  • Outgoing, outspoken, and fluent in English would be preferred.
