Job Description
- Analyze workforce planning and develop succession strategies to meet future staffing needs.
- Conduct regular talent mapping through consistent people review processes.
- Support and monitor the implementation of employee career plans, development plans, and succession plans in alignment with people reviews.
- Establish competency standards with a focus on leadership competencies across functions with main focus in developing blue-collars.
- Design and implement action plans to foster cultural development.
- Manage employee promotions, rotations, and transfers based on company requirements.
- Evaluate and refine organizational structures and job descriptions across all functions to align with business needs
- Bachelor's degree in relevant studies with at least 8 years of experience in strategic learning & development, talent management, or organization development function.
- Prior experience in plantation companies with strong exposure in developing strategic learning curriculum and development initiatives for blue-collars.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
