Duties and Responsibilities:
- Rollout of long-term business development and strategic plan for each Country for the respective business area.
- Prioritize product pipeline planning, registration strategy and launches
- Develop and implement regional focussed portfolio campaign aligned with portfolio priorities and develop and implement country portfolios together with LMS based on market situation, trends, capacity and profitability, incl annual portfolio reviews
- Coordination of regional KOL management process including selection and review of suitable KOLs and establishing relevant partnerships in accordance with compliance guidance. Identify type of KOL required based on business strategy for each focus product group or patient outcome and reference site.
- Implement market activities (workshops/fellowship/proctorship/congress/webinars/publication/etc) with relevant KOL (according to established pathways)
- Continuous review with GLOBAL and LOCAL of agreed Market Leading Indicators to improve P&L and achieve Divisional objectives and KPI
- Regular optimization of business model, product, launch, market segmentation strategy
- Consolidating the needs, escalating and managing product, capacity and quality issues
- Sharing expertise across region for continuous improvement and business direction (eg. Business models, marketing & promotional strategies, digital solutions)
- Set regular review of competency level and implementation - e.g., Standardized technical service (re)qualification, applications specialist, clinical specialist
- Continuously gather feedback, develop, adapt and enhance training program and materials to local needs across the region with needed competency (product, service, clinical, technical and marketing)
- Organize regular best practice sharing across the region (e.g. Success stories, local materials, product positioning, local campaigns)
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 10 years working experience in sales and marketing
- Passion for Marketing & Sales Strategy development in terms of target setting, tracking and monitoring of business development
- Demonstrated key account management experience in government or/and private hospitals with excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Expert in targeting, positioning and launching of new products and market segmentation
- Technically sound in medical devices and having direct experience in Vascular Access and IV Systems or similar is a big advantage.
- Dynamic in stakeholder engagement to effectively influence across functions and markets
- A passion for Marketing & Sales Strategy development and target setting and tracking and monitoring of business development
