We currently lead the way in digitalizing the golfer experience in Korea. However, we aim to achieve further and reach out to the world. We deploy innovative technology that connects golfers with more than 400 golf courses globally. There are currently about 40,000 golf courses and 61 million golfers worldwide.

As of December 2023, we have established a subsidiary in Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Taiwan and are planning to enter the major SEA countries and China.

As an IT Solution Specialist, you will be at the front end of our company, communicating face-to-face with the customers. You will be accountable for the integration of our solution at the golf course, not limited to the installation of the hardware and software, but also leading the education and onboarding process of the various stakeholders at the golf course. Your key objective would be to facilitate smooth project execution in a limited time.

Responsibilities:

• Install all hardware (tablets, kiosks, TV monitor, etc.) needed for utilization of the Smartscore solution
• Onboard and educate the various stakeholders on the course (caddies, reception, back office employees)
• Engage closely with the golf courses and listen to the voice of the customer
• Demonstrate great attention to detail and maintain high-quality standards in the maintenance of the Smartscore solution
• Prioritize tasks according to the VoC and handle daily requests from the golf courses
• Ensure customer data and company intellectual property is properly handled and protected
• Take bold initiative and have cross-functional teamwork capability

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware, and software implementation
• Basic computer and business analysis skills
• Self-motivated and result-driven
• Strong motivation towards the implementation of IT solutions
• Experience in global services: customer engagement/software management etc.
• Exceptional operational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesian fluently
• Availability for overseas travel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the global golf market and experience in customer engagement would be a plus
• Experience in the installation of hardware in various fields and industries
• Basic knowledge of the Korean language
