  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsible to provide hands-on clinical training at customer sites and online mainly to nurses, physicians and technicians to improve the clinical performance of their systems. Actively support the customers and Sales and Service teams in everything related to product responsibility. Work in all regions of Indonesia. Recognized expert and to make an important impact by helping all customers become more successful and knowledgeable. This position will work in a dynamic team of Applications Specialists within Marketing Team and other modalities.

Role And Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute training programs for internal & external customers, related to product responsibility.
  • Customize the systems to the specific of the users' coordination with sales and marketing management and customers in order to maximize the clinical performance.
  • Deliver demonstrations, presentations, courses, workshop and talks to stimulate sales and improve customer knowledge level.
  • Participate in the development of new functionally, settings and protocols to improved system performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate possible product issue and feedback to the customer service, sales and marketing teams.
  • Collect and evaluate clinical data to assist the sales organization in business processes.
  • Planning for in service and education/training monthly schedule with collaboration of sales force and marketing unit.

Professional Competencies

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Nursing, preferably registered nurse.
  • 3 years experiences in pharma / medical device industry / hospital.
  • More than 3 years people leadership experience preferred
  • Min. 5 years of experience in clinical field.
