Role

Intern Staff will assist Senior Executive, Finance for daily activities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support on various payments processing :
  • checking accuracy and adequacy of supporting documents
  • Preparing payment request form for trailer fee
  • Email to seek approval for payment request form for trailer fee
  • Saving the email approval to the respective payment folder
  • Monitoring and (save) the incoming email from distributor partners and staff reimbursement to be processed by Finance.
  • Monitoring current account transactions for payment.
  • Email withholding tax slips to vendors.
  • Support and preparing instruction letters to banks for time deposit transactions, arranging for signing the letter and delivery of the original letters to banks. Preparing the bank transfer instruction in current account.
  • Creating billing codes for tax payment and E-SKD for offshore vendor’s DGT form on tax portal.
  • Regularly updating list that will be used for corporate tax purpose (such as entertainment expenses, promotion expenses)
  • Filing and/or scanning of documents, including preparing hardcopy documents that need to be sent to filling management.
  • Other adhoc works e.g. checking draft audit report on the wordings (any typo error) and summing formula.
