Job Description
The General Manager of Corporate Finance will be responsible for overseeing and driving all financial aspects of the company, ensuring sound financial planning, analysis, and strategy to support the growth and profitability of the organization. This role involves directing all finance functions, including financial forecasting, budgeting, mergers and acquisitions, capital funding, cash flow, financial risk management, and compliance. The role reports to the CFO and collaborates closely with the executive team to align financial goals with the companys strategic objectives.

This role involves directing all finance functions, including financial forecasting, budgeting, mergers and acquisitions, capital funding, cash flow, financial risk management, and compliance. The role reports to the CFO and collaborates closely with the executive team to align financial goals with the companys strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the companys financial strategy, including long-term financial goals, budget forecasting, and resource allocation aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee accurate and timely financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting to provide insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead the annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting process, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals.
- Drive capital investment strategies, including evaluating and managing mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other capital investments to maximize ROI.
- Identify and drive initiatives for cost optimization and efficiency across departments, ensuring sustainable profitability.
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective risk management practices to safeguard the companys assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the companys liquidity to support operational needs and capital investments; oversee cash flow, debt, and working capital.
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to foster a high-performing and engaged team environment.
- Act as a primary point of contact for banks, investors, and other key financial partners, managing relationships and negotiations effectively.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant Masters degree is preferred. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- At least 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role in the FMCG or related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required..
