Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Lead the design and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals, supporting both short- and long-term business targets.
- Change & Culture Transformation: Drive cultural transformation initiatives to enhance employee engagement and support strategic HR changes.
- Talent Development & Succession Planning: Oversee initiatives for employee growth, including succession planning, coaching, and skills development to build sustainable leadership.
- HR Operations Management: Ensure effective management of HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee well-being to foster a positive work environment.
Key Relationships
- Internal: Coordinate with top management (CEO, COO, and EVP) on HR planning and strategies. Collaborate with Group Heads (Vice Presidents) to implement human capital strategies and policies.
- External: Establish effective relationships with key stakeholders as required.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record in strategic HR leadership roles.
