Responsibilities
- Carrying out the sales process for Pintar B2C products, by collecting and following up on leads, obtaining transactions, and performing sales administration.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including online platforms, partnerships, events, and direct outreach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and enhance the quality of leads.
- Achieve sales targets collaboratively with the team
- Actively involved in activation (activities that invite transactions), both offline and online through personal initiative and management.
- Willing to participate in all sales activities, both in the city/hub of residence and when assigned to other targeted areas.
- In order to achieve target manage customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Coordinate with other agent/department to resolve client issues, follow up, and make sure close-loop to all escalations.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 graduates in various majors
- Preferably living in Jakarta area for hybrid working arrangement
- Having strong interest in sales
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience (preferably in marketing/sales function)
- Experience working in education technology or start up or tech company in general is a plus (optional).
- Key Skills: Good at communication and public speaking skill, Interpersonal skill, have sales and marketing ability.
