We are looking for someone creative, energetic who likes to connect people with each other.
Outpost members come to our locations for days, weeks, or months, seeking connection and a unique experience. You will lead those efforts.
You are responsible for facilitating Outpost’s dynamic community.
You will be the person to develop an atmosphere so that the rich mix of cultural creatives who use our space will meet and spark off each other.
You will work to develop an atmosphere to facilitate connections between people.
You will work with operations and marketing teams to develop experiences, events, and trips.
To succeed, you will find it personally rewarding to meet people and enjoy, and bring your own ideas to the job.

Job Descriptions:
- Assist partners in project cycle management of Outpost events, including ensuring workplans, phased budgets, procurement plans and benchmarks are in place for each project and assisting partner teams in putting these in place.
- Thinking of concepts for events and organising events
- Cultivating and maintaining meaningful partnerships with people, companies and organisations that can either help bring visibility, create member benefits or lead to events being hosted in our space.
- Creating content and getting that content to our marketing team
- Serve as a consistent points of contact for all potential and confirmed partners.
- Assist with administrative and other duties as needed.
- Maintain constant partners communication regarding the status of their partnership.
- Work with the P&E team to establish potential partner targets.
- Respond to emails, requests from partners, or internal requests from Supervisor
- Create reports or presentations for meetings with partners
- A degree in marketing, communications, and another relevant field.
- Proven work experience in a community role or similar.
- Fluent in English is a Must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership person, professional, and good attitude.
- 2+ years of experience working in guest & community experience management.
- Having a background in the hospitality, tourism, and/or travel industry
- Experienced in planning and leading the events, including engaging with a community (workshop/skillshare/panel discussion/etc).
