  • Training
  • Plan, organize and monitoring the annual and monthly training schedules, including onboarding for new employees.
  • Facilitate interactive activities during training sessions.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure training programs are aligned.
  • Track training attendance and ensure proper documentation.

  • Act as a key point of contact for initiatives across Southeast Asia, providing updates and ensuring activities run smoothly.
  • Submit reports and support regional projects and activities.
  • Organize employee engagement activity.
  • Talent Management
  • Maintain employee profiles, ensuring information is up to date.
  • Support the process for employee performance reviews and provide necessary reports for monitoring and tracking progress.
  • Employee Performance Evaluation
  • Assist in improving the performance review process.
  • Collect and organize performance review documents and facilitate review meetings.
  • Ensure the necessary materials are shared with department leaders for performance discussions.
  • HR Support
  • Keep employee data updated and generate reports as needed.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR systems and ensure accuracy in data reporting.
  • Support internal HR communications and reporting activities.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in People Development, Training, and/or HR operations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems, particularly Talent Management Systems and Learning Management System.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
