We are looking for a Tax Service Consultant to join our team in Bali, so please only apply if you are in Bali or willing to relocate. The office will be based in Sanur, Bali, and this position will report directly to the Legal and Tax Manager.
Main Responsibilities Include:
Delivering exceptional customer service and advising on the correct tax, visa, and legal products for our customers.
Comprehensive understanding of tax, visa, and legal processes, with the ability to process them competently.
Assisting with in-house accounting, invoicing, payroll, and HR duties.
Helping to increase sales and build excellent relationships with our customers.
Attending networking events to promote LetsMoveIndonesia.
Building networks and meeting potential customers.
Job Description:
Prepare monthly tax calculations and reports (Tax Article 21/26, Tax Article 23/26, Tax Article 4(2) Final Tax, VAT).
Prepare annual personal and corporate income tax.
Administer and maintain regular statutory payments (e.g., BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, JP, Tax Article 21, salary, and payslips).
Skills Required for This Role:
Excellent knowledge of basic accounting and tax, transaction workflows, taxation, PSAK, General Ledger, Finance AR/AP, reconciliation of PPH & VAT, COGS, and audit.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written) and computer literacy are a must.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Brevet A and B courses would be an advantage.

A fast learner and able to multitask.

This role is only available to Indonesian citizens and requires at least 2 years of experience in processing tax and accountancy services.
