Job Description

Job Summary:
Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment. Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.

Your role:
  • Install Philips medical/healthcare solutions, according to standards with respect to quality and installation time.
  • Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications within the scheduled time and to the quality standards.
  • Perform corrective maintenance, supported, when necessary, by tier-2 support helpdesk.
  • Demonstrate commitments to meet customer needs and requirements by ensuring all given quality standards.
  • Submit timely and accurate service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims, radiation film badges, field problem reports and other paperwork as assigned.
  • Be aware of customer needs and potential commercial leads through customer visits and provide feedback and recommendations to the management, relevant people within the organization.
  • Support the Services Delivery Manager & Operations Manager and the Customer Services Account Manager as appropriate with contract renewals etc.
  • To be based in Bandung, West Java.

You're the right fit if:
  • Bachelor-degree holder (majoring in Biomedical/Electronical Engineering/Physics Engineering are preferred), with min. 3 years of related work experience as Field Service Engineer.
  • Preferably, coming with experience in healthcare industry. Candidates coming from telecommunication/Information Technology industry will also be considered.
  • Good communication and maturity to engage with various internal and external stakeholders / customers.
  • Customer service oriented with excellent project management skills.
  • Pro-active, hands-on, and strong “can-do” attitude.
  • Collaborative with strong commitment to achieve results with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to communicate in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Interest and ability to be mobile/travel/on-field most of the time.

How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
