Sales Executive - Local INDONESIAN Market

As part of our expansion efforts, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our international team and drive growth in key global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through regular communication and customer visits.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching potential customers, markets, and sales channels to expand our reach.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial communication, contract negotiation, and execution to managing delivery documents and resolving any post-sales issues.
  • Customer Credit & Risk Management: Ensure responsible credit management and risk control during the sales process to protect the company’s interests.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Chemical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in international trade or sales, preferably within the chemical or polyurethane industry. Familiarity with Polyether Polyol and the global polyurethane market is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, CRM systems) with strong organizational skills. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required, and knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to travel, client visits, and industry events.
  • Industry Expertise: Candidates with prior experience in the polyurethane industry and an existing network of customer resources will be given priority consideration.
