Job Description:
As a Talent & Rewards Management Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing effective talent management strategies and attractive reward programs to ensure employee satisfaction and retention. You will collaborate with the HR team and senior management to create programs aligned with the organization's long-term goals, providing an exceptional work experience for every employee.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Talent Management
- Identify workforce needs and design Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP).
- Conduct talent classification reviews and talent discussions regularly.
- Design development programs for employees, including leadership development, coaching, and mentoring.
- Establish clear and engaging career paths for employees, enabling them to grow in line with their aspirations and the organization's needs.
- Design succession plans to ensure internal talent is prepared to fill key roles in the future, including talent mapping and leadership pipeline development.
II. Rewards Management
- Develop and manage a competitive compensation program, including salary, incentives, bonuses, and benefits to ensure market competitiveness.
- Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking against industry standards to ensure competitive compensation.
- Design non-financial recognition programs, such as Employee of the Month or the Mantap Squad Award program, to appreciate employee contributions.
- Carefully manage the rewards budget to ensure cost efficiency and program effectiveness.
- Develop fair, transparent, and legally compliant reward policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Hold minimum Bachelor’s degree .
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent management and rewards, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with HCM or compensation analytics software.
- In-depth understanding of employee development practices, career paths, performance management, succession planning, compensation, and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-departmentally and build strong relationships.
