Responsibilities

  • Make weekly payment in accordance with cash flow allowance
  • Respond to vendor and internal staff inquiries
  • Review, maintain and reconcile AP reports, spreadsheets, and files.
  • Review and process all accounts receivable. This includes ensuring that sales placement is accurately invoiced, email invoices and send the hardcopies to the clients along with other documents
  • Post payments by recording claim, bank and credit card transactions
  • Create miscellaneous invoices as requested
  • Budgeting and account reconciliations
  • Coordinate monthly and annual tax income
  • Assist with processes which ensure accurate & timely financial reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Tax with 1-3 years experience
  • Tax Brevet A & B
  • Deep understanding of PPh, VAT etc
  • Mastering tax application
  • Familiar with tax compliance, monthly/annual tax reports, tax audit, tax return reporting, and correspondence with tax office
  • Must maintain a high level of integrity and capable of working with all levels of the organisation.
  • Neat, thorough and able to work with deadlines
  • Accuracy with complex mathematical functions, specifically with Gsheet and strong Excel skills
  • Must be energetic and eager to learn with a team mindset and startup culture
