We are seeking a bright, proactive, and independent individual whose looking for an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working closely with C-levels. You will be supporting our CEO in a fast-paced and dynamic company environment. You will be crucial in helping to ensure the CEO's time is effectively managed and daily and weekly objectives are met with precision.

Job Description:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedules for C-Levels including some meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Meeting Preparation: Organize meetings, prepare meetings logistics, amenities & agendas
  • Communication: Acting as a liaison between C-Levels and other staff, or clients as assigned, including maintain confidentiality.
  • Travel Coordination: Helping to arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, drivers, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university (local/overseas) majoring in Secretarial or Business Administration or Psychology/ or General studies.
  • Meticulous and good with details
  • Good command of written and verbal in English and Bahasa
  • Proactive, Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working on various tasks, from administrative work to personal assistance.
  • Willing to start as soon as possible.
