Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct job and task analysis to determine the most effective talent pools for various roles within our organization.
- Evaluate applicants’ qualifications, including their knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes, to match them with Traveloka’s needs.
- Prepare and present detailed recruiting reports to the internal team and stakeholders.
- Manage key aspects of the recruitment process, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with min. 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition in the OTA, Ecommerce, Technology or related industries.
- Hands-on experience with various recruitment processes, including CV screening, HR screening, recruitment events execution, and reference checking.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
- Experience with Workday ATS is a plus.
