Our team is dedicated to empowering clients with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in forex trading. We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Support professional to join our Surabaya office.
The Sales Support role is essential in assisting our sales team with lead generation, client relationship management, and administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive, customer-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a solid understanding of the forex industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks, including handling client onboarding, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the sales team including manage client inquiries, providing timely responses and support to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate client information records within the CRM systems, and prepare sales reports to track client engagement and satisfaction
- Support the sales team in identifying new client leads and assist to setting up meetings
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare for sales presentation materials and campaigns to acquire potential clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all client interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support or customer service, preferably within the forex or financial services industry
- Familiarity with forex trading platforms and financial products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Familiarity with forex trading platforms, CRM systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think critically and provide practical solutions to client inquiries.
- A proactive, client-oriented approach with a focus on team collaboration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Based in or willing to relocate to Surabaya, Indonesia
- Willing to complete a training program at the Head Office
