Director of Spa

An opportunity has arisen for the Director of Spa to join Jumeirah Bali family.

Responsible for provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure spa operation achieves its goals and contributes to the guest experience and overall profitability of the hotel whilst maintaining Jumeirah Brand standards

Duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Oversee daily operations of the spa, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and retail space.
• Implement and maintain operating procedures and protocols to enhance service efficiency.
• Be responsible for a consistent great experience that exceeds expectations and meets required standards
• Develop and manage the spa budget, including revenue targets, cost controls, and profit margins
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
• Develop and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, and partners to drive business growth
• Ensure all spa operations comply with local regulations, health, and safety standards
• Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the hotel/resort by aligning spa goals with the broader business objectives.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 4 Years’ experience in a similar position or in the management of a hotel or Spa operation
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management
• Outstanding customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
