Finance Operation Manager (Treasury)

Job Description

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all payment transactions, invoices, and financial records.
• Monitor and manage payment timelines to ensure compliance with company policies and vendor agreements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Manage cash flow and control all types of payments.
• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
• Maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting or Consulting.
• Strong Excel skills is a must.
• Familiar with accounting software will be preferable.
• Strong problem solving skills and great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, strong English is a must.
• Data driven and process oriented.
• Adaptable and fast learner who can work independently in a fast paced work environment.
