Job Description
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all payment transactions, invoices, and financial records.
- Monitor and manage payment timelines to ensure compliance with company policies and vendor agreements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Manage cash flow and control all types of payments.
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting or Consulting.
- Strong Excel skills is a must.
- Familiar with accounting software will be preferable.
- Strong problem solving skills and great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, strong English is a must.
- Data driven and process oriented.
- Adaptable and fast learner who can work independently in a fast paced work environment.
