Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team to handle payment-related inquiries, including checking payment statuses, disbursements, and documenting the process.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of Paper's features to assist with user inquiries about platform tools, particularly transaction-related features, using internal tools.
- Escalate issues to both internal and external parties and conduct thorough checks on transaction disputes.
- Perform daily verification and reconciliation of manual payment methods.
- Monitor and analyze transactions and other related projects.
- Execute operational tasks for projects requiring support from the operations team.
- Identify and address irregularities and discrepancies in transactions (fraud detection).
- Conduct daily checks on high-risk transactions.
- Communicate, explore, and investigate cases of user fraud.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) minimum.
- At least 1 year of experience in fraud or payment operations; a background in e-commerce or fintech is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive checks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and internal verification tools.
- Growth mindset and interest in diverse operational functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work shifts and flexible hours.
