Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Franchise Operations to oversee the management and expansion of our franchise network. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in franchise operations, sales growth, and market expansion. The successful candidate will lead the franchise operations center, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, developing strong franchise systems, and elevating the overall franchise performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals. Build support systems for marketing management and ensure seamless operational execution.
2. Business Management: Oversee national store operations, market promotions, new retail channel introduction, and e-commerce platform management. Continuously improve the operational system and identify breakthrough opportunities to enhance performance and achieve operational goals.
3. Data Analysis and Market Promotion: Gather industry insights, analyze market trends, and support strategic decision-making with data. Manage product positioning, packaging, e-commerce promotion, and product launches.
4. Franchise Operations Management: Lead the team in supporting franchisees, from store openings to stable operations. Guide daily management, personnel, and expansion activities, solving issues to improve franchise compliance rates.
5. Department Coordination: Collaborate with the sales center to implement business and project plans that consider company, store, and consumer perspectives.
6. Sales Policy and New Product Promotion: Organize and communicate sales policies, new product launches, and promotional activities, ensuring clear communication and facilitating order fulfillment.
7. Reporting and Analytics: Guide and supervise the preparation of various sales reports and create operational reports to support marketing strategy development.
8. External Relations: Build strong external business relationships to elevate the marketing service value of the department and enhance customer satisfaction.
9. Team Development: Build a strong operations team, empower team members, and create a talent pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail operations or market promotion, with a proven track record in managing over 200 stores, ideally in industries like electronics or motor vehicles.
- In-depth understanding of direct sales and franchise systems, with the ability to identify store needs and provide professional support.
- Strong product management perspective with complete product lifecycle experience, including product launch, packaging, and promotion.
- Excellent data analysis skills and sensitivity to market changes, with strong project management and delivery capabilities.
- Exceptional logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an ability to adapt to dynamic market demands.
